– Wash strawberries and cut the stem.
– Using a toothpick or a chopstick, dip each strawberry into coconut yogurt and swirl until it is nicely coated. Place on a baking sheet or a plastic dish.
– Place baking sheet into freezer, and let freeze for at least two hours.
– When you take them out of the freezer, wait 4 or 5 minutes and cut them in half. Then you can place them in a Ziploc bag or a storage container and store them in the freezer.
